Our remodeled front studio features dedicated training stations equipped with kettlebells, suspension trainers, and specialty tools. Each client follows a program written for them — you’re never just doing the same workout as everyone else.
This setup lets you train alongside others for energy and accountability, while still pursuing your own goals.
💡 Strength Zone
Kratos is our back studio, designed around barbells and heavy strength work. Here you’ll develop the Big 3 Lifts under expert coaching, learn how to progress safely, and discover which supporting exercises will help eliminate weak points and accelerate results.
Not a competitive powerlifter? That’s fine. Many clients use Kratos as part of a hybrid approach — following one of our kettlebell-based paths while also building confidence and performance on the squat, bench, and deadlift. It’s strength training adapted to you, whether your goal is raw power or better performance in everyday life.
